Three arrested; narcotics seized from drug house in Chico

Narcotics agents searched an apartment in Chico on Friday and arrested three people after finding fentanyl, meth, and other controlled substances inside. 

According to the Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force (BINTF), agents served a search warrant at 680 Manzanita Avenue APT. 18 for suspected drug sales. 

After searching the home, BINTF said their agents found Fentanyl, Meth, Xanax, Clonazepam, Oxycodone, and Psilocybin Mushrooms.

Three people were arrested inside the apartment: Gerald Anthony Gunn, 35, and Samantha Rae Salyers, 32, and Ian William Hunter, 30. 

BINTF said Gunn and Salyers were arrested for three different counts of possession of a controlled substance for sale, as well as operating or maintaining a drug house. Additionally, Hunter was arrested on a felony warrant. 

Officials said additional charges may be sought at a later date.
